How is this different from consulting?

Consultants advise and leave. We originate, structure, and can co-own. Our 20-section framework builds the entire project architecture — from concept to KPI dashboards. And we take equity, so we're building alongside you.

What if the project doesn't move forward?

Our advisory work has standalone value — positioning, experience design, revenue architecture. These deliverables are yours regardless. The introductions and execution come on top. And our equity alignment means we're incentivized to make the project succeed, not just bill hours.

What does this cost?

We work across three tiers. Tier I — Strategic Advisory (clarity, direction, readiness): $5,000/month. Tier II — Active Advisory & Execution (momentum, structure, movement): $7,000–$12,000/month. Tier III — Partnership (co-building, shared responsibility): $15,000/month. Plus equity and success fees aligned to outcomes. Most project owners start at Tier I and deepen as the project matures.

My project is unique / too small / too remote.
